S.S.  POTLATCH  -  WW2

The SS Potlatch was a 6,085-ton American cargo steamship built in 1920 (originally named Narcissus)  During World War II, it was torpedoed and sunk by the German U-boat U-153 (Reichmann) on June 27, 1942, about 650 miles east of the Virgin Islands/near the Bahamas.
