S.S. GRODNO (Hull)  -  WW2

S.S. GRODNO  was a British cargo steamer built in 1912 for the Wilson Line/T Wilson, Sons & Co, Hull. She sailed from Hull for Archangel with general cargo and was captured and sunk by German submarine U-22 (Bruno Hoppe) by torpedo when 98 miles Nw of Lofoten Island.
